an earlier cry of pink and light
and orange wishes singing sweetly
the light green sweet candy-tone
wrapped suddenly in sunlight

Interesting, but I don't get it. I have a poem I wrote on my blog which I also don't get but my poetry professor says it's brilliant.

LOL! Ah, but the value of poetry lies in its interpretation! It doesn't actually mean anything, and it doesn't have an actual set form. And that's why everyone can do it, and be equally brilliant. It's the great equalizer, really. ;) :D
